German Construction stands for renovation and fit-out to the standards we know from Germany – for people who live in the Dominican Republic, invest here or want to modernise their holiday home.
Who we are
German Construction is a brand of Andreas Kauder Consulting SRL, based in Sosúa on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. Founded by Andreas Kauder.
He trained in Germany and holds journeyman certificates (Gesellenbrief) as a joiner (1991), a heating and ventilation fitter (2000) and a tiler (2002). He has been self-employed for 27 years and knows renovation from three trades: woodwork, building services and tiling.
So far our references come from Germany. It is exactly this experience – proper waterproofing, precise tiling, well-thought-out details – that we now bring to the Caribbean.
