2. In brief

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no third-party content (fonts, maps and videos are not embedded externally). We only process personal data when you visit the website (technical server logs) or actively contact us.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer and browser/device information. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The provider processes the data on our behalf; data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

4. Contact via WhatsApp

The WhatsApp buttons are simple links. Only when you click them does WhatsApp open, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. Their privacy policy applies to processing within WhatsApp; Meta may also transfer data to the USA. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can reach us by email or phone.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is provided by STRATO (Berlin, Germany).

6. Retention

We delete enquiries once they have been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. If a contract is concluded, commercial and tax retention periods apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The rights under the Dominican data protection law (Law No. 172-13) apply in addition. An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient.
